Raspberry Cloud Cake

Ingredients

A fluffy and refreshing dessert based on fruit sorbet with the addition of Galicia chocolate millet is a proposal that is an ideal composition of sweet and sour flavors. Are you ready for this culinary journey? So let's begin!

To prepare, we need:

  • Frozen raspberries - 200g
  • A package of fresh raspberries - 200g
  • Cream 30% - 200g
  • ?Jaglak? Chocolate millet - 4 pcs.
  • Forest fruit sorbet - large, family-friendly packaging
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Sugar - 120g
  • Mint for decoration
     

Preparation

  1. Heat up the pan and melt the frozen raspberries on it, mixing and crushing them.
  2. Leave the raspberry mousse to cool.
  3. Beat cream with sugar until stiff.
  4. To the raspberry mousse (cold), gently add the whipped cream with a spatula, obtaining our title raspberry cloud.
  5. Take out 8 cups and proceed to arranging the dessert.
  6. Put forest fruit sorbet on the bottom.
  7. Sprinkle it with half of the crushed chocolate millet.
  8. Add vanilla ice cream.
  9. The next layer is fresh raspberries.
  10. At the top of the dessert, we put our "raspberry cloud", that is whipped cream with raspberries.
  11. Decorate with mint and fresh raspberry.
  12. Serve immediately after preparation.
