Ingredients

Can you start your day better than with a delicious, nutritious and filling breakfast? In our opinion, no! Therefore, for all egg fans, we recommend starting tomorrow with an aromatic spinach omelette, accompanied by fresh vegetables and crispy Pumpkin & Cheese bread.

To prepare, we need:

  • 2 eggs
  • A handful of fresh baby spinach
  • Small onion
  • fresh or granulated garlic
  • Yellow cheese - 20g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying fat
  • Vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers or peppers
  • Pumpkin & Cheese crispbread

Preparation

  1. Dice the onion into small cubes and put it in a hot pan with fat. Fry until they are translucent.
  2. Add the previously washed spinach and the garlic squeezed through the press to the onion. If you don't have one, the granulated one will also work. Choke the spinach until all the water has evaporated and it is soft.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the spiced eggs in a bowl and add 20g of grated cheese to them.
  4. When the spinach is ready, pour the eggs over it and cover the pan. When you see the bottom is fried, flip the omelette over.
  5. Serve the finished omelette with vegetables (e.g. half of the paprika cut into sticks) and Galicia Pumpkin & Cheese bread.

Advice! How to flip an omelette?

When the entire bottom of the omelette is cut, gently slide it down the sides of the pan onto the lid, then turn the pan upside down and cover the omelette with it. The next step is a quick 180-degree rotation and the top of the omelette will be at the bottom of the pan. Simple isn't it?
