Recipe for classic homemade chickpea hummus. Delicious and aromatic, perfect with Galicia products.
To prepare, we need:
- 1 can approx. 400 g chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons tahini sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 130 g Captain's Sticks with poppy seeds
