Chocolate tartlets with mascarpone cream and raspberries

You have no idea for a Sunday dessert? Or maybe you are getting ready for a family celebration and you have no idea what to serve after dinner? If so, we have a delicious, tasty but not heavy proposition for you. The perfect, delicately sweet combination of mascarpone and raspberries will surely appeal to your guests!

To prepare, we need:

  • Jaglak Millet bar with chocolate - 6 pcs.
  • Butter - half a cube
  • Sour cream 36% - 200 ml
  • Powdered sugar 100 grams
  • Whipped cream in powder
  • Mascarpone cheese - 200 grams
  • Fresh raspberries - 200 grams
  • Silicone tartlets

Preparation

  1. We grind the chocolate millet bars into flour, dissolving the butter in the meantime. We combine these two ingredients with each other.
  2. The base obtained in this way is placed on the tartlets, pressing the bottom firmly.
  3. Put them back in the fridge until the butter sets.
  4. Whip 36% cream with the addition of powdered cream and powdered sugar. Don't omit powdered cream, the so-called cream-fix. Thanks to him, the mass will be more durable.
  5. Combine the cream with the mascarpone cheese.
  6. Put the finished mixture on tartlets and decorate with raspberries. We arrange them symmetrically, one next to the other, so that the dessert not only tastes great, but also looks brilliant.
  7. Put it in the fridge and take it out before serving. It will be delicious!
