Mini oreo cheesecakes

Ingredients

If you are a fan of white and black cookies with a cream - you will surely like this recipe. Sweet cheesecakes in cups are a light dessert after a delicious dinner. Do you like sweets? Make sure you get it ready.

To prepare, we need:

  • ?Miodziak? Nuts & Honey - 4 pieces
  • Oreo cakes - a large package
  • Cottage cheese for cheesecake - 700 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 100 grams
  • Sour cream 30% - 400 grams
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Gelatin - 3 tbsp
  • Half a lemon
     

Preparation

  1. We start by dissolving 3 tablespoons of gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water.
  2. Mix the gelatin, half a lemon juice, cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. We open the oreo cakes and separate the cream from the biscuits. Add the cream to the blended curd mass and mix it again.
  4. Put the biscuits in a separate bowl and crumble them into flour.
  5. At the bottom of each of the eight cups crumble half a Miodziak Nuts & Honey.
  6. Pour everything with cheese and biscuits and cover with biscuit "flour".
  7. Decorate with a mint leaf and put it in the fridge to keep it firm.
  8. Take out of the refrigerator a moment before serving - heaven in your mouth!
