The thought of a few extra kilos that you should or should lose is still in your head? Evening attacks of hunger and constantly recurring attacks on sweets are your eternal nightmare? If so, be sure to take care of your diet during the day. We usually pounce on what we deny ourselves. Zero sweets? Once we start eating them, we will eat more than we would normally eat. Skipping meals, skipping breakfast or lunch? We guarantee - after returning from work, when the hunger is unbearable, you will eat a lot more. The best solution is to regularly smuggle small sweets into your menu and, above all, to stop starving. A small, healthy snack should always be in your bag or purse when you leave for work. Thanks to this, you will avoid evening snacking and catching on the fly, e.g. available for purchase at a nearby chocolate machine. An idea for a snack? Here are our suggestions that eaten during a break at work will be less evil than crisps or chocolate. We guarantee that their preparation will not take you more than a few minutes. A healthy snack in 3, 2, 1? Let's go!

Healthy snack no. 1: Autumn smoothie paired with Miodziak Nutowy


A thick, aromatic and filling smoothie in combination with our brand's Walnut Miodziak is a proposal that will appeal to all fans of pears and ginger. To prepare them, you will need two fresh pears. Of course, peeled and cut into quarters. For this, be sure to have 2 tablespoons of honey, maple syrup or agave syrup, almond milk, peanut butter. Blend everything together until smooth (adjust the ratio of ingredients to yourself and your taste buds) and take it with you in a bottle or shaker. In addition to the smoothie, put Miodziak Walnut in the bag. This perfectly crunchy and at the same time sweet granular bar will make this snack fill you for a really long time.

Healthy snack # 2: Natural yogurt with honey, fruit and crispy sprinkles


An extremely quick meal, which is yoghurt with fruit, will surely satisfy your little hunger. Put your favorite, small natural yoghurt in a jar or a special lunchbox. Add a tablespoon of honey to it and mix thoroughly. This will make the yogurt delicious and sweet. Add your favorite fruit to it. In summer, it can be blueberries, raspberries or strawberries. In the fall - apples, pears or figs are perfect. Crumble one Galicia Orkisz + Muesli crispbread on top. This healthy snack will surely fill you with more than half the chocolate. Try it - you will not regret it!

Healthy snack # 3: Salad in a jar


Salad in a jar is an offer for fans of vegetables. All you need to do is put your favorite vegetables (e.g. cherry tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) into the jar, add iceberg lettuce, spinach or arugula and a source of protein. Tuna or smoked chicken will be a great choice. You don't like them? No problem. You can add one egg! Together with the salad, pack two pieces of Chrupak 3 Ziarna crispbread and your favorite salad dressing into the bag. A combination of olive oil, mustard, honey and a little lemon juice works great.

Healthy snack no. 4: Egg paste quick


Egg paste is a classic that will also be a great healthy snack at work. To cut down on calories from mayonnaise. Mix it with plain yogurt and mustard. As? We rush to explain. To crushed hard-boiled eggs with a fork, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of yogurt, a teaspoon of mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Close everything in an airtight container and take it with you to work accompanied by crispbread: Chrupak Pumpkin + Cheese. The preparation of this paste (except, of course, the cooking time of the eggs) will not take you more than five minutes, and its taste during the break will reward your efforts. Healthy snack # 5: Vegan pea paste


A brilliant alternative to the popular green guacamole, i.e. a paste made of canned peas. All you need to do in a blender is to blend the drained peas into a smooth cream with garlic, a little olive oil, lemon juice and basic spices - salt, pepper (preferably freshly ground), and then pack it into a jar or lunchbox and eat it at work in the company of your favorite bread crispy. In our opinion, peas go well with Galicia BIO 3 Ziarna crispbread. Be sure to try this combination. It is delicious.
