Chrupak is a type of bread that is made from natural sourdough using traditional baking methods, under the watchful eye of our bakers with many years of experience.
The combination of high-extract flours, whole oilseeds and natural sourdough is what from the beginning of production is able to give our product a unique character.
Even the dough sometimes needs to breathe a little so that it undergoes the process of natural fermentation, during which the baker's flavor bouquet is created, which is responsible for everything that is most important - taste. In this way breads / snacks grown to go to a hot oven.
