Tuna Paste & 3 Grain Chrupak Crispbread

Ingredients

Egg paste with tuna is the perfect solution for all fish fans. It is incredibly tasty and quick to prepare. If you have a free can of this tasty fish at home and you are wondering what to make of it - make this paste!

To prepare, we need:

  • Tuna in gravy - half a can
  • Hard-boiled egg - 1 pc.
  • Canned corn - 15g
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 large
  • Chives
  • Mayonnaise - 1 large tablespoon
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Chrupak 3 grains crispbread

Preparation

  1. The first step is to strain the tuna and put it into a bowl.
  2. Add a hard-boiled egg to the tuna and crush everything thoroughly with a fork.
  3. Dice the pickled cucumber into small cubes, pour out any excess water from it, and then add it to the tuna with egg.
  4. Chop the chives and add them to the bowl.
  5. Drain the corn and throw it into the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Put it all together by adding a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of classic serepska mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you have - choose the freshly ground one. It is more aromatic and has larger pieces.
