Ricotta cheese paste in combination with Galicia GO Protein Seeds & Oat crispbread is a proposition for all fans of dairy products, especially for people who care about their shape. The high protein content of this meal will certainly appeal to athletes who care about the appearance of their figure. If you have ricotta cheese in your fridge and you have no idea how to use it - be sure to try this recipe.

To prepare, we need:

  • 200 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 50 g of natural yoghurt
  • Half a lemon
  • 5 radishes
  • 1 spring onion
  • Half a bunch of chives
  • Granulated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Galicia Go Protein Seeds & Oat

Preparation

  1. Wash the radish and dice it into small cubes.
  2. Chop the spring onions and chives and add them to the bowl with the radish.
  3. Add ricotta cheese and 50 grams of plain yogurt to them. If you don't have it at home, you can replace yogurt with lean cream (12%).
  4. Add the juice of half a lemon, two pinches of granulated garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. We recommend serving on Galicia protein bread with your favorite sprouts. It will be really delicious.
