Cottage cheese paste on an onion base

Ingredients

The preparation of cottage cheese paste is very easy and even the greatest layman can handle this challenge. We associate this combination with summer, holidays at grandma's and fresh, rural, very salty cottage cheese - straight from the cow. If you have access to cottage cheese, make sure you do it. If you do not have one - no worries! The one from the store can also do it. Let's start!

To prepare, we need:

  • 200 grams of fatty cottage cheese
  • 80 grams of good cream (18%)
  • Radish - 8 pieces
  • Onions - 1 piece
  • Half a bunch of chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chrupak Flatbread Onion
     

Preparation

  1. Grind the cheese in a meat grinder. Preferably twice! It will be fluffy and light.
  2. Add cream to the cottage cheese.
  3. Wash the vegetables and finely dice the onion and radish.
  4. Put everything together and season to taste with spices: salt and pepper will be enough.
  5. Serve on Chrupak Flatbread Onion, sprinkled with fresh chives.

This paste is the taste of a carefree childhood spent in the countryside, closed in a small sandwich. Be sure to prepare it for yourself and your loved ones! It is suitable for breakfast, snack and dinner.
